I've been suffering from my fissure for ages, i was prescribed Anoheal after having Polyp removed but this was very irritating for me, At night i always itch it is so annoying!!!!
Sudacrem helps but does anyone have any better options?
I really want a good nights sleep !

Rective is one cream commonly prescribed, as is nifedipine. I don't seem to get on with any so just use good old sudocream myself. It doesn't seem to do anything to promote healing, but it soothes and makes my butt feel a lot more comfy.
