I saw this and I thought of you: http://www.theyummylife.com/Flavored_Water
Looks tasty and doesn't have all the chemicals and extra calories that sweetened liquids can have.

Oh that looks perfect!!! I usually use the MIO and only use like half a small squirt cuz otherwise it's too overpowering...but this looks perfect and I can get my youngest to cut back on the koolaid juice boxes cuz I know he'll like these too!

Mamalucia -
May be you should up the intake of foods that have a lot of water content in them like watermelon, cucumbers, pears etc. They should help you get at least some amount of water...

Hi,
Water gets boring! I understand that too!
But as the above poster states you get an awful lot of water in natural fruits (increase those)....
I personally, drink gallons of fruit & herbal teas (particularly Camomile - calming/ Peppermint - good for digestion).....
I never wait until I "feel" thirsty to drink. I just drink on & off most of the time - if I focus on something else and swig out of my waterbottle, I know I'm doing what I need to without taking a great interest in doing it! I have a set target in my head of what I need to consume in a day and generally adhere to that.
One thing I do find really important , and can see you are already doing that, is to have a large glass of water after every meal and liquid after I eat anything. I really believe it helps wash things through better during digestion :)

I rarely drank water before the AF. I have had tp train myself to drink more. I set my alarm on my phone to remind me every two hours during the day to drink a glass of water. Took nearly thirty days but now it is a habit. Seems silly that I had to train myself to do something that is good for me but what ever works for you.xxx

Me too, camomile tea, water sipped throughout the day. I have started to have it more whilst eating too, I think this does aid digestion. Slippery Elm tea too... Going to try this. Google it, is supposed to aid digestion and prevent constipation....
