Same here Jen : ( - after the last episode even though I feel better I dread going to the bathroom - I think it will be for life like that :pale: .
Prunes are great regulators as well as dried apricots and figs - at least they have same effect for me. I just love dried fruits - always did. They are great snack and have all of the nutrients and vitamins packed up in one bite : ) ! Hope you are doing great Jen
