I got better!

Postby Fbrazil » 27 Mar 2013, 20:05

Hi guys!
I've suffered a lot with a difficult case of AF.
I was totally hopeless and a bit depressed, because all efforts to get better were a waste of time.
I've passed in a few doctors that couldn't diagnotize the AF as an AF.
Terrible!
I'm 31 yo, my sexual life was also suffering! Didnt know what to do!
Lucky i was when i found a good doctor! Suddenly he found out I've got a terrible AF and told that i would have to go to surgery 95% sure.
But he also gave me diltiazem 2%. And I began a very new diet, to make my stool very soft. Meanwhile, i was getting saltz bath and never used toilet paper.
One day, i said no to pain killers. I was becoming addicted.
And right now, 100 days after the beggining of the treatment, i can say: i'm 99% cured! Have no pain! Yay!
Good luck everyone!

Hello everyone!
First of all, I'm not a native speaker, so that's why you can see some english mistakes.
I dont think i'm 100% healed! But i feel i'm 99% normal!
About my diet: I became to ate foods with lots of fibers. More than i used to do. Like, green salads.
I havent eaten lots of meats (any kind!).
I really stopped any spice food.
I tried to eat more healthy food.
And i DID NOT took any medicine to make my stool smoothier. Going to the toilet more than 2 times a day it's like a suicide.during these days, i used to go twice to my bow movements.
Unfotunately, it takes months to get better. I know as victim of this disease that is very hard this patient, but you must be. It is going to take time to get better.
I was taking very strong pain killers daily and on january 14th i decided to stop with them. I was Just using diltiazem 2% ointment 3 times a day. And i tryed to do 2 times a day the saltz bath.
I remember the feeling about 1 week with no pain killers! I was happy! Not healed, but happy! The first month i celebrated! Guys, it was a victory to me!
But just after 30 days of the diltiazem I first felt better.
In my personal case, i stopped reading the forum. It was making me think in a bad way. Dont know why, because i knew the importance of it.
That's why i decided to come back. I hope this sucess story helps you all!
