Hi OMB,
Look after yourself, you are the most important. I know it is so hard being back at work.I have found it so hard to get back into things, and i still get exhausted now... I so want to get fit again and get back to my Running.One day when these monsters are dead. sending you my healing wishes and best hugs.

Not much new to report... The coccyx pain seems to be lessening... And getting intermittent.. Which I feel is a step in the right direction.
I have some good news... I have managed to get an appt with Mr W for next Tuesday! Hopefully he will be able to she'd some light on my awkward bottom!!

I would eat it definitely! Not too sure about smearing it, although it is a natural product, so I don't think it will do any harm. Xx

You can do both OMB 😊 but I think smearing it is best 😊

Glad to hear you managed to get that sneaky appointment in with Mr W! I'm certain you will feel so much better after, just getting that extra bit of reassurance from him.
I'm also really happy to read that coccyx pain is easing up a bit for you too.
Definitely, ease up on any creams if your bum's really tingly right now and go back to "baby" basics, when it gets too unbearable for you - there's nothing in your diet that might be making it any worse is there?? I know if I'm particularly sensitive down there that even eating oranges can produce that stinging type sensation......Just a thought......?
LOL, I'd be more tempted to eat the Manuka (yum) but there have been posters that have sworn it's helped them heal by smearing.....could be worth a go just to experiment and you can always rinse it off? x x x Image
