Are doing the hot Sitz bath or ankle deep tub 4 or 5 times a day to get blood in the area to promote healing?

Before my LIS I had to push during a BM unless the stool was mostly water. After LIS, I do not have to push out most of my stools.

I am doing sitz bath 2 per day! 15 minutes each. but no difference.. Stool is mostly normal, not very hard not very soft.
