Find another doctor, go to the ER, you cannot stay like this. Ask them to give you pain killers before your MR schedule.
Have faith, you will go over this but don;t give up! Find help fast, don;t wait another minute.

Pain killers do not help much at all. I asked my PCR to give me the MR which I have mensioned but need to wait up to next examination for 15 days and I think I wont make it. This is terible. I think Abu is in Romania, and may be familiar with conditions in Eastern Europe, so will perhaps be able to give you better advice. I'm so sorry you are having to go through this alone, and hope you find some strategies that work for you soon. I think that in general it's better not to make any sudden and radical changes to your diet - fluids are important, though, and if you can get hold of Macrogol/Miralax/Movicol, that would probably be the best medication to be taking right now.

I think you should try to see another doctor or other health professional very soon, and tell them how you are feeling.

Yes js, if you don't have access to a doctor please start by taking some softeners asap so you can give the fissure a break. Magnesium citrate, buffered Vitamin C, any osmotic laxative based on PEG (poliethileneglycol).
In my country i can go to se a CRS anytime I want, in private hospitals so I am surprised to hear you do not have access to one.
For foods, i already wrote you on another topic, keep on liquid foods mostly for a few days. Keep writing here so we can assist you on this journey.

Abu,
I missunederstood about ER, I tought you were saying to go find medical help in some country of EU but you were asking about emergency room. Sory. Yes, I was there but they check only your urine and blood and if that is ok they send you home, altought I was bleeding two days before they do not send you emergency to CRS becouse the bleeding is not from intestinals by blood exams. hm. I can get to se CRS on date of appointment, which is lets say every 20 days. Thank you both very very much for advices.

Anyway I think I should be in hospital on examinations and not at home with such pains. Whole pelvic floor and body is in matter since operation. But it seems nobody cares and do not take this seriously(((((((((((it is terrible whatever I try to eat or drink. I am left on my own.
