You are doing an excellent job with the forum Kim, but to me the print is too small and the black background makes it difficult to read. My problem, not yours :)

Yeah, I could use with a little larger font myself. If I could figure out how to change that without damaging Kim's hard work I would.

The buttons are read and unread message posts. I have had some really good days and some really bad days so things are averaging it out here! How are you?

I have started taking Benefiber with hopes of increasing that and decreasing the Miralax which continues to be a challenge for me at time. I think the anti-depressant is helping me feel better. Don't like taking one, but if necessary for awhile I will do it. I sense that your mood is better and that you finally feel you are in the hands of some docs that can help you. Going to talk to my gyno doc about my recent bone density test that I am not happy about.
