It is so strange that our mood/mental health affects our digestion... I know this only too well as I have lived with a digestion disease for years. If I am calm, relaxed, safe and secure my disease gives me much less problems than if I am stressed, worried and anxious. Our bodies are such complex instruments.

Didn't really catch the significance of an umbrella but found it under hippy avatars. I am on a roll now!! Of course, the hippy movement was way before my time, so I am not that familiar with it!!
