I was diagnosed with AF in January, so still somewhat of a newbie (even though I already rushed into LIS - didn't work.) Been using one table spoon of Metamucil twice a day since then, which has been good but it seems from this forum that most people think Miralax is better. I am planning to make the switch. Advice?

Does metamucil cause large bms for you? It does for me. I take miralax its great i live on 1 sachet twice daily
