Try taking a couple of teaspoons of benefiber each morning. I mix it in my morning cereal and it helps keep BMs soft but formed, along with a nightly dose of miralax. It's also a non bulking fiber which was recommended by my CRS. I find that I need less miralax some days based on what I've eaten so maybe you can find a pattern specific to your body.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
