Confirmed: anxiety gives us a tight muscle so...

My recipe is quite simple!
2 cups white flour (you can use whole wheat or mixed but you'll have to check how much water use)
1 cup oats
1/2 cup oil (i recommend a neutral oil and some olive)
1/2 cup water (you can change the oil/water ratio as long you get 1 cup total)
1 tablespoon of salt

You mix everything and then roll it up and use a round tart mould. Then dry it in the oven for a while before stuffing it. And voila!
It's very yummy!

News: I will have a fissurectomy (and a small lis if i understood correctly) with piles removal on june 7.
They will perform local anesthesia with sedation.
I'll update as soon as i can afterwards.

Personally i wouldn't touch hemaroids unless very bothersome.

Hi Missy, with piles I mean skin tags. They are huge and both doctors aimed for removal for better healing. I dont have hemmorhoids, probably never had and the bleeding was always due to the same fissure.
Both mentioned the same procedure so I believe my tissue generated a huge thick scar which is causing trouble.
I believe I will heal quickly since that scar formed 3 weeks after I started with nitro treatment and never bled again.
I already know the post op will be terrible but I will rather suffer pain from surgery that losing more time of my life with this. I'm done, worst time of my life with no doubt.

I completely understand. You'll do great. It will be nice to think in thoughs post op painful days that I'm healing I'm moving forward instead of going in a circle and never healing 100%. It is very difficult i agree and i wish you all the best. Keep us updated.
