Yeap - unfortunately " only stars know" if somebody will heal or not . One thing is for sure , though - the longer one has a fissure , harder it is for the thing to heal by itself

Some papers will boast 85-90 % rate with creams !!!! Actually I believe them - they might help healing in that %, but relapses are very likely to happen if sphincter hypertonicity is the culprit

If you have a tight butt - only LIS can help permanently. If your fissure is result of mechanical injury due to bursted hemmy or hard and big BM, than once you regulate BM consistency, fissure should heal and stay healed !
