That's 20 months not 70 months of recurring fissures

I was diagnosed with an anal fissure back in D3cember. It healed well but 2 weeks ago it reopened. After seeing my dr last week I was prescribed another round of diatzin mixed with Vaseline. I was told I have multiple fissures which really concerns me and my anxiety is through the roof.
Does anyone have suggestions, I made it much worse today by sitting in the car for 6 hours. I’m so frustrated- please help.
Thanks

There are several people on here who have seen doctors in London with good results. Try a forum search.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy
