My mum looked absolutely everywhere for cherry juice for her arthritis! She read an article about it but I cant remember what it said now! She never found the cherry juice though, but I can get her some now!
Perhaps its good as an anti inflammatory? Just a wild guess, though because most arthritis "cures" are anti inflammatories

I love cherries. I eat a bag of frozen cherries every day. There is evidence that is is good for joint health and if a great antioxidant.

There are so many new berries on the market, like Goji, Wolfberry, Coffeberry, Acai and they all seem to be antioxidant powerhouses.

I have found cherries to be a delicious part of my diet, too. I love the chocolate ones best! :cherries:

They are so cordial! Image
But really, a dark-chocolate covered cherry, lots of anti-oxidant muscle and taste!
I have been wanting to try the acai, which is supposed to be about as anti-oxidant-rich as you can get!

I've tried it. It's yummy, like very ripe blackberries.

Now I have to try them, because I loooooove blackberries!
I'm certain I won't find them near home, though!
