(smile)...the hard part is getting these hard little things inside....I can't tell you the battles I was having trying to keep them in, my butt was that tight. But if this thing is a steroid and it is, from what I'm reading, it actually delays the healing of our fissures. I have hemmorroids also, and it helped with those, but the fissure? I'd rather have ugly painful hemmorroids than the fissure.
