Hi Sputnik! I m glad it helps, cont to do breathing for every of ur bms and u will find urself getting more relaxed and walking towards healing. No joke! Also, don't rush at things. Sometimes I prefer to hold the urge like a few more mins more so that it's greater enough that as soon as I touch the toilet bowl, ur muscles will automatically let it go. That will also help u and prevent pushing
