i loooooove oatmeal!!!!
do you cook it with soy milk or milk rather than boil it with water?
add in some fruit.
also you may want to sprinkle some grounded flax in it.
*
i wonder how soft your poo is....my CRS always said the best sign of how your poo should be is like the soft serve yogurt or ice cream coming out. that soft!!!
so you may be just right Kim.
*
keep eating your oatmeal!

Things have long since become more firm, either I adjusted to the oatmeal or it wasn't the oat meal, Happy. I am far more regular and much faster on the Johnny when I am eating it daily...
I like it cooked with either milk or water, I can't tell "mush" difference as it's gonna get milk either before or after it's cooked! And sugar and maybe some cinnamon. I have pretty much given up soy for the time being.

I think you adjusted Kimmy-boy Image I used to run to the bathroom when I had it occasionally BFE (before fissure era), and since it became my staple breakfast meal AFE, it does not make me go more or "mushy".
I love it with goat milk and maple and some freeze dried apricots or bananas - OMG - I now crave a serving - this is silly - it is 7:30 pm Image
Glad you can eat it without any problems now Image since it is soooo healthy for soooo many things !!!
