Pelvic floor physical therapy

Postby faithful » 15 May 2013, 11:55

I am currently going through pelvic floor physical therapy. It works on your rectal / sphincter muscles by getting them back in shape. Don't cut your muscles with surgery, repair them! Check into it. Relieves a lot of pain! Also eat well, fruits, veggies, BROWN RICE, fluids, etc. And Miralax.

I have been through a year of pelvic floor therapy... And apart from the fact I can now laugh/sneeze without wetting myself... It has not made a difference to my fissure! I sometimes even feel like it irritates it.

Miralax is a huge help. Also I go to a naturopath. She has directed me to natural remedies that help to heal. Takes time.
