It is my understanding the nerves in the anal canal inerrvate the penis as well. I have been having penis pain ever since my hemmerhoids showed up on the scene. Recently I was also diagnosed with an anal fissure. I was wondering if anyone here has had this experience as well?

Kind of. During an exam back where the doctor checked my prostate this left me with pain in or around the testicles for many weeks, it would just come on suddenly.Not really that painful however. Also had this feeling a few weeks ago when I felt close to another flare up of the AF issue.

I am now certain that the pain in the rear is referring pain to the front. I only feel the pain in front when my rear is clenched and not relaxed. Once I make my mond aware that I'm being tight and relax, pain vanishes.

I don't have penis pain, I have occasional clenching pains in rear when I urinate. It is really uncomfortable. Pain is not always there while urinating, it just sends a sharp sudden pain that pauses my urine flow.

the sphincter muscles are connected - you have one at the bottom to allow a bowel movement - and you have one up higher, it opens up to allow urine out of the bladder.
When our fissures act up, it causes our anal sphincter to tighten up and spasm, which can affect the bladder sphincter. Thats what my doctor told me.

Yup just thought I had another fistula after surgery a yr ago went to colon specialist he ran a scope up air and then finger all around my anole darn but said no surgery probably a thrombosis? From hard bowel movement take your fiber and stool softener and stop tripping I have the shooting pains still in my ahole and shooting pains in balls and rod admit it is noticeable and trips me out darn Tylenol helps sitz baths heating pad thanking god too
