Comfortable computer chair suggestions

Does anyone have any suggestions for a comfortable computer desk chair that is easy to sit on and doesn't cause so much pain? Looking for something with a soft seat. One I can purchase online or in a store in the US.

I have an Aeron. No cushion but a comfortable mesh seat that gives. Very adjustable but very expensive

Wow that is expensive. Wonder if there's a knockoff brand I can find.....

Probably, the biggest thing is that mesh seat has good give and uniform structure. The adjustments are overkill.
