Hey there guise and gals

Postby Torco » 19 Aug 2014, 08:41

busted my ass biking and weightlifting... quite literally xD

this sucks cause i love going to the gym and going places on my bike, but it turns out i'm not gonna be able to for a while. this makes me a sad panda.

Anyway, whenever something happens in my life my first reaction is to go and research the shit out of it, so i bet i'll be spending some time here.

so hey everyone. I'd like to say glad to be here but i'm kinda not u__u

So, welcome to the club nobody wants to belong to, torco!
Nifedipine/lidocaine, no help
Diltiazem, effective, but caused major rash
Nitroglycerine, effective.
Topical estrogen for final healing.
Gentle heat to bottom - pain relief, muscle relaxant
Kondremul mineral oil
Time - lots of time.
Status - Healed!

welcome! although it stinks to have to be here. I have found this site to be very helpful and supportive. Sometimes, I didn't think I would make it though the pain and then I would read someones post or response and it would help. Everyone here understands the pain and suffering of these injuries!!

yeah... i feel kinda bad! i got this thing and i was like "ah, maan, why me!" and as i lurk moar i realize that some people have it incredibly worse... i mean, i'll bleed some and get half an hour's worth of discomfort and pain, but i'm realizing this thing can get a *lot* worse. I'm also realizing it's a terribly nice place. so yeah, it really is nice to be here.
