I've not done any substantial traveling since I got my fissure earlier this year. Traditionally traveling makes me quite backed up, either due to the limited food options with fiber or the dehydration from the plane? At any rate, I currently take a full dose of miralax and three colace each day. Some days I still get hard bms but I can never predict it. I have to fly to the east coast next week for work. I am bringing some mineral oil with me on my trip and I guess all I am eating is salads :) any other recommendations?
