Standardized Dilation in NY

Does anyone know the names of any doctors in NY who do Standardized Dilation as opposed to LIS. I seem to remember reading it on here once or twice long ago.

Check out Dr. Daniel Feingold at New York Presbyterian (Columbia campus) in nyc. He has a non-standard approach to fissures that involves dilation and kenalog and does not do LIS anymore.

There is one CRS I know who does this...he is the chief at Beth Israel Hospital in NY.. Dr Martz...there might be another one ...Dr Leiboff on Long Island but I am not sure about him..
