If I take a laxative like MOM, I do it a night. However, a fiber supplement is more helpful to me if I take it in the am or at lunch. I have never taken miralax.

I take one Colace pill with my dinner and nothing else any more. Have super nice poop (KTW)

I take movicol 2 sachets before bed along with one sachet fibrogel, works for me as I have to feel I go more or less first thing in the morning to cope with the rest of the day. I have a soft bm so good result most of the time x

Tablespoon Milk of Magnesia every evening. Metamucil in cinnamon biscuit (cookie) form every morning. :afsmile:

I have one sachet of movicol in the morning, and another one before bed.

Omb
fissure after hem banding and tag removal feb 11
Pelvic floor therapy
Diltiazem
Botox June 13
Nitro
Internal flap July 14
EUA and polyps removed Nov 14
Diagnosed with neuropathy Jan 15
Diagnosed with HS EDS type 3 (causes poor wound healing )
