I have been tested and I'm allergic to all nuts pretty much, oats, wheat, you name it. I got off of food I'm allergic to right around the time I started to get the fissure. I asked the GP today and she said when I went allergy food free I cut all fiber . I wasn't happy about that. So I am taking the fiber supplement to help that.

I never would of that that! My stomach frees great and my rear doesn't lol!

Interesting Kat. Are there grains out there that are gluten free? I think I have seen some around here but of course they are very expensive. What about fruits and vegetables? Lots of fibre in those and I would assume, if fresh, no gluten...

You can use flax seed or chia seeds for fiber, gluten free, put em in a blender with fresh fruit and water, great fiber

Thanks everyone for the tips! I was surprised about the fiber since I'm a big vege eater but it seems it wasn't enough for my body? So far I'm not reacting too bad to the drink though it is NASTY lol .
