Anyone had a fissurectomy

Was after some advice really, I am three months out and not having lots of pain or spasms but just feels uncomfortable when I go, does this subside and how long am I looking at?

I am sure you have had some relief, just wanted to assure anyone who was following this question that it DOES get better. I am finding it is better each day, but it has taken a few months. Be well.
