Maybe you are right but this is burning stinging locally too so spasm and maybe irritated everything again with that tough movement. I agree calmoseptine just creates a soothing feeling but that's about it. I'll try one of the ointments. Thank you again I just hope this subsides. It's making me so nervous almost feels like back to square one. Take care of yourself too!

Yes my movements are soft sometimes a little hard at the beginning and I think that's what started this off Monday am.

Do you take a stool softener? Did you after surgery? I still take them. It's good insurance.

I did after surgery but not since but looks like I will start those again too. I was feeling so good too. I think it will be a constant battle for a while. I just pray this let's up. Thanks for all the advice! I'll keep you posted
