So -
My story is well documented:
Got initial fissure in 2010 - had two procedures with Dr. Feingold, he didn't see what was actually wrong with me - went to Cornell last week to see Dr. Shukla and he did the botox.
Now here we are, 5 days later and here's the update:
Had first BM yesterday (Friday) in the afternoon. Soft-ish, no straining, no blood (had tons of blood after Feingold procedures).
Since then, i've been feeeling muted spasms - it's like my body wants to go into spasm like it used to but the botox is preventing it from going overkill. It does'nt feel good yet but Dr. Shukla said it will take about 3 weeks for this to really work - i hope he's right but really, i hope i never feel serious pain again.
Anyway, my diet is entirely changed - it's difficult but i'll just have to keep on it.
Will keep you updated - so far, so good.
