What really helps me

Postby Neverendingproblems » 08 May 2016, 03:43

Hi all,

Just a quick note to say what seems to help me,after a failed LIS.
Rather than applying rectogesic outside,I follow exactly the indications: put cream on finger and introduce inside!
Twice a day,I also introduce coconut oil,I just gently push it with my finger.
In the evening I introduce an anusol supositoire.

Using this routine,i almost healed, than I had a bit of constipation and the fissure reopened...I am very upset, but at least I don't suffer with spasm/ contracted rectum anymore so the chances to heal are much higher. It is just so upsetting that a lil hard stool can ruin a few weeks of mending and bringing me to square one.

I will try another month like this and than see the consultant again...

I hope all is well with all of you.Take care, everyone.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing you experience and approach you applied. Please let us know how it goes, I am sorry fissure reopened again. Try to be very religious with your diet and always take time during BM, don't strain.
