I ve got a lump and it bleeds when wiping

Are hemorroids on the outside

Are hemorroids on the outside area of the anal region, on the skin surrounding?
Because i've noticed i got like a lump and it feels stingy and when i wipe most times it bleeds. And if this is not hemorroids what is it? NOTE: that i suffer from psoriasis also including in areas around the buttocks

Hemorrhoids are both on the inside and outside. Very common. If you are worried that it could be connected to your psoriasis I would definitely recommend chatting to your doctor.
