Having a bout of stress induced diarrhea and bloating at the moment. Does anyone find that when they have diarrhea their anal area tends to ache and spasm after?????

Heck yes...I have IBS and crohns and my fissure hurts so much more after diarrhoea and the spasms too are much worse than after a more solid BM, also the more often you go the worse the pain.

I haven't got my fissure anymore. I just have these cramps while I'm on the toilet during diarrhea. It feels like my sphincter is trying to close while I'm going.

I used to feel that for years before the fissure and now I suspect it could be because of the tight sphincter. After a while it would go away and the pain was minimal so I ignored it but after getting the fissure, huge amounts of pain that can last up to 6 hours.

It's like when I'm on the toilet weaving the diarrhea my anus is trying to shut or close. I guess it's just the reaction to ibs and pressure

I suffer from levator ani and pelvic tension caused by stress so that probably doesn't help. I'm just a hypochondriac. It's nothing serious so what if my ass cramps during ibs
