Hi Jim not great that your still getting some pain and discomfort but I guess on the plus side it is only a 3 and not a 7 or 8 hopefully it will continue to improve for you

Well now I am really puzzled. No Bm today but I noticed after eating at sonic burger and fries shortly after I started getting the burning and feeling a bit lightheaded. I am now convinced that my butt dosent like I am eating but it sure was good going down.Tells me I am not healed but I must say todayhad been pretty good but will ser what the next BM does. Day by Day

These things are so strange aren't they.... We work so hard to eat what pleases them to keep our BMs how they like it and still for no reason they have to make their presence felt...it's so unfair

MPB exactly right we do what we are supposed to do and it dosent seem to care. If thats the case might as well eat my favorite foods. Whats interesting is that BM felt like ones before LIS. Go figure. No fever no blood no pus when I cleaned after going so I guess it is still tender .

I agree Jim I think if my BMs were a 4 I would just eat what I wanted as mine are still an 8-10 I'm being super careful. I guessing a 4 after a BM is better than before your LIS

MPB. I can deal with the level after LIS just sooooo irratating. I guess its slo slo healing as we keep using the area which slows the process down. At least thats my theory and I can surly see why many put off BM or not eat to avoid them which we are not suppose to do then again we are not suppose to do alot of things so I guess we do what we got to do good bad indifferent.

At least it is getting better even if it is slowly....I know we are really not meant to stop eating but like I said to my doc....I'm not into agony so why would I eat...and like you I think we could analyse the life out of it and the damn fissures would still do what they wanted anyway...so might as well do what feels right for us lol

MPB exactly right like everything else there are always consequences life was meant to do the things we enjoy and to not do that makes us unhappy so to me might as well enjoy and probably suffer at same time.
