No not guilty frustrated that I cannot voice my feelings as they will then get upset and refuse to listen to my point of view. I am opinionated but as all my friends say I'm more than happy to listen to others opinions. I love a good debate lol....and am very willing to admit when I'm wrong No it's def frustration at knowing fully that if I say something to them they won't hear me honestly they will turn it round to how they want it to sound....
I can say no and often do even to them it's once they start sulking and refuse to act rationally that I just get so frustrated I can literally feel my stomach knotting up...then I end up apologising just to stop what I perceive as a host of untruthful emotions but then I'm left frustrated again...but how can you have an honest discussion with people who won't admit their actions

Not that I know anything lol, but maybe it's just about learning not to care as much about the others you're referring to and what they're thinking...not that that's an easy task, or even a possible one. Maybe someone else on here has some ideas, I'm really thinking I will make a post about mental health as soon as I get my thoughts together

Would be a good post GG as I think lots of our problems start from stress....I wish I could care a bit less but they are significant to me...I want to understand others so I guess I want them to offer me the same...if only life were simple lol.
On a plus point haven't been to the toilet so the piece of cake hasn't upset me yet...but after last week I am slightly concerned about constipation.
Let's see what tonight brings lol

Well seems my colon doesn't mind a small piece of Xmas cake, just had a BM would say Bristol 3/4 pain during is still a 3 and thankfully I'm back from work so have got straight in the bath lets see what the pain goes up to with a normal BM. Hopefully I don't have to go again today.
Fingers crossed

Misty I never really have bleeding unless it's a bad BM...really constipated or explosive diarrhoea...
GG it was amazingly okk lol there was pain but not more than a 3/4 and with a bath and the GTN it went after about 2 hours with just an uncomfortable feeling....now this is my point that I'm sure if I could have a decent length if time with normal BMs then I'm certain I would heal but that is my main problem I have only managed 2 normal BMs in a month and no one and no meds have really been able to manage it before, I have to wait 5 weeks to see the specialist dietician so not much help there either. It was so nice to have a practically pain free day even after a trip to the toilet.
Hoping today will go just as well off to work now so fingers crossed no BM lol
