Please help me. This may not be the forum for this but i seriously need help.
I would gone with a doctor but there isn't any doctor especialised in my city.
If this helps its been a week since this happened a day after i shaved my pubic air (including ass hair).
Can you tell if its worth travelling 100 miles to go see a especialised doctor?
I wouldn't mind travelling that far but my work requieres me to be in the office 7 day a week, only exception being a medical emergency (surgery or other life threatening alignments)
Could this be life-threatening?

Go to your GP. We cannot tell you for sure what it is. It is not life-threatening...it's on your bum and just remember what comes out of there. Maybe a hemorrhoid! Is it painful? An inflamed hemorrhoid is usually painful. If there is discharge it could be an abcess and they do not go away on their own.

Ill go to see a doctor this weekend and as crazy as this sounds i hope is life threatening because if it isn't, my boss will be very mad, scratch that (get it?), he will be livid because i won't be there working my ass off to make his ass more richer.
And no, i don't feel any pain, only itchyness and general awkwardness/embarrassment.

update:
I was apparently a razor rash. No infection, no hemorrhoids, no fissure, just a rash that didn't heal because of bowel movements and yes, I lost my job
In the upside the doctor gave me a cream that should help with the rash and itchyness.
Although I must comment. While normally one shouldn't be embarrassed with a doctor about these things I don't think mine acted professionally because she started hitting on me (in the end we exchanged phone numbers, why? I dont know myself ) and I believe that the majority of the people would be embarrassed if their doctor started err... courting them while examining their backside
