Try this again, I messed it up yesterday trying tell my experience..
Preimenopase soon it be menopausal (I hope) terrible symptoms It started back late summer early fall , new symptom for me constipation never had any issues ever in my life .
seem to be when I was getting close to having another period I got constipated later it would clear up for a while and start over again the next month and I have a certain ask constipated and think much of it at first thought it was something I ate . so I thought I better drink more water I have still hard and dry which the doctor said you're constipated drink more water/ fibre .
Time I figured it out and got my stool to be more moist not as hard already done the damage, so doing everything they said in here to try and it heal so I thought but not being careful it reopen again when to my doc again more supporters and cream then got hemorrids on top of that mess, clear up a bit then wee wee size pin head hard white lump appeared next to fissuer outside he said a cyst? More meds but with his checking yes the fissuer bleed just wee bit next am sore now ' still doing sea salt sitz baths using baby wipes creams but my mind is racing can't let go , months to see a specialist been 2 months now and no word how long of a wait , 2 weeks when the fissuer appeared I got low back pain low below waist above butt cheeks been going to the chiropractor now for six weeks twice a week it is a lot better but then something changed in the pain came back and he says lower back sprain fr pushing '. It got better then came back it's not so much a pain now like a pressure , different spot maybe stress thinking too much , trying everything keep my still soft , apples raisins prunes prune juice in my water drinking about 10 glasses of water a day to cups of coffee a cuppa tea some nights I'll put a couple drops of Castoro in my tea fibre supplements stool softeners, sorry this is getting to long winded is there something I'm missing here need to try any advise on would be greatly appreciated , I have preimenopase anxiety fr time to time now the back. Pain is worrying me . My yearly blood test result came back I have a infection he said don't same like it could,d the fissuer at the time show this kind results ? Sorry my bad typing skills..

:wel:

Sounds like you have a fissure, but might be an abscess as your doctor said a cyst. Unless the fissure is infected. Difficult to tell from what you've written. Did the doctor give you anything to take? Do ask what exactly it is. Don't worry about your typing, by the way. :huggies:

Here are some standard ways that many deal with fissures that seem to help:

1. Fissure cream -- Nifedipine or Diltiazem or Nitroglycerin...get one of these creams and start applying 3x per day

2. Eat properly / Drink properly -- this means eating a good amount of soluble and insoluble fibre in your diet. Try cutting out the junk and the white flour, cut out processed foods -- add veggies, fruits, grains. I also found adding oils to my diet helpful. Make sure you keep well hydrated -- 8 glasses of water or herbal teas a day. Water is your friend.

3. Clean the area - after BM make sure you are clean. Use a sitz bath -- great way to stay clean. Don't use harsh loo paper. Dab! Rinse!

4. Heat -- to help promote blood flow and healing sit on a heating pad throughout the day...take warm baths, use a sitz bath.

5. Lubricate -- you can use a lubricant in the area before a bm...use vaseline, or coconut oil.

I hope some of this helps -- also, find a good colon and rectal surgeon (CRS) who knows about fissures and they will know all about the creams I mentioned.

If your stool does not soften up from a better diet I would personally look at taking Miralax (may have a different name where you are) for a few weeks...dont necessarily take a full dose...experiment with the least you can take to make things soft. Keeping it soft is key to healing.

Hi savaici

Thank you for your reply.
It is a fissuer I know and my doc said but it was heal or I thought the. After he examine it it has little bit of bleeding the next morning no bleeding pass 2 days, and small hemorrids , he gave me a prescription hydrocortisone rectal (cream, ointment, suppository) had to copy paste this lol been using it morning after Bm and night going bed ,
Yes I now have my stool soft but still a shape , pardon me log but soft , using the sea salt sitz bath 2-3 times a day ,dabbing the. Using baby wipes to wash up then the sitz bath after each morning poop , drinking 10 glasses water each day some prune juice ,grapes raisins fibre supplements arbour bars I'm guessing my fibre intake is 12 to 20 g a day I'm trying to estimate guess on that so I go by how soft my poop is if that makes any sense , doc said no it's a cyst I said no maybe a abscess he said no it's a cyst ,
I was surprised by this then with the blood test come back showing signs of a infection that got me worried he said no a cyst this as nothing to do with the cyst but he did said if the fissuer was sore at time if my yearly blood work it might be why , still waiting for a call to see the CRS been two months my name when in no call yet , doc said for a scope and light to take to look , ohhhh ..the cream you suggested is that over-the-counter or is that a prescription?
It's puffy around my anus a lot skin it seems tag with hard white head on it , he said like a pimple , I know since using the suppositories and Cream I now have a little pimples on my bum on the sides of my bum , but the back pressure off and on got me concerned if it has anything to do with that or not a compactor seems to think I sprained my back but never did hurt when doing activity just now then I feel like across my lower back just below waist ..thanks all new and confusing to me but I'm learning a lot by reading a different posted here by people like you trying to help I prescient that very much , trying to be clam could be. Along wait .
