Back to the Basics....

Postby Guest » 01 Apr 2008, 17:03

Hello,
Well I had a little setback last week with bleeding, really no pain very little. So I went back to the basics. (Thanks Lecia) I went back to the same foods. I wasn't eating bad I was trying different healthy foods. I take my supplements the same time everyday. After my BM's I went right in the bath tub. It has calmed down for now. MY CRS told me to increase my Nefedipine to 3x a day and I can feel the difference. I know now I can't eat alot of eggs, cranberries and fiber bars. They are on my list. I just read in a post about once you have a AF you are prone to get another one. Well, If I have to stay on this diet forever I will. I love fiber and I feel so much better on it. Just wanted to let you guys know this. Thanks for all the support.

When I ued the nefedipine I definitely could tell it helped to use it three times a day, so good deal! Try to eat the same old stuff every day for a while, whatever works. I know it is boring, but at least it's not as painful!

Well, Patty, I hate to speak for her cause she has been back on the board today and reading posts...yes she had a fistula surgery last week after finding an abscess and a not-so-good day today. Keep her in your prayers!
Yes, I firmly believe she will get a break from her butt!! And soon! No one deserves it more, no one!
