My life long story about fissures

Postby MajButtProbs » 23 Sep 2017, 20:37

experienced that prickly feeling while pooping(most likely tearing) since i was born not always but often enough to remember the experience i think my fissures healed and tore over and over until i was 15 probably so about 10 years once i was 15 i realized that this bottem pain isnt normal i was diagnosed with fissures eventually got hemorrhoids so the fissures dont get lonely at 15 years old i had a massive BM that made me pass out on the floor, never have been right ever since. i cant get a real job because if i have to shit the next hour of my life is the bathroom and jobs dont like that but disability thinks jobs will be cool with that and they also think the job will have a private bathroom with a hot tub awaiting me at all times fast forward 6 years still cant get a job still cant heal a FUCKING CUT (excuse me but seriously its 2017 and we havent figured out cuts yet come the F**k on.) now i have crohns disease (not sure if i believe i do) according to the doctor the test said i dont have it then 'KEY LEVELS' in my blood says i do have crohns disease whatever the F**k that means got a colonoscopy they said i have atleast 2 fissures i was too high when i got out of it to really know what the hells going on down there ive tried every prescription cream none of them work ive tried home made medications aka this one viewtopic.php?f=10&t=10103&p=133738#p133738 and coconut oil and pranicure and emuaidmax no luck now im trying home made salt water and a coconut shea butter burt bees lip balm mix nothing seems to heal this area and i refuse to work while worrying about being in unexplainable pain and reason i have to leave and worrying about shitting myself if anyone else think they got a chronic fissure from a large BM please leave any comments below sorry if i come off strong but its a day of super high frustration i hate fissures i literally just want my ass back so i can be normal damn american dont know how much longer i can string along before im better off dying cause a fissured body is useless... ive always been pretty dehydrated perhaps this is what cause the massive BM and life time constipation. its truely amazing how one shit can change the rest of your life to shit. anyways F**k doctors and fissures thats my experience with life. get ready for me to get banned or something for poor choice of words. good luck everyone. also trying to avoid surgery so my life isnt permanently screwed up. so 2 large chronic fissures internal external hemorrhoids crohns yay.

Hi I understand your frustration and how that can lead to the swearing but it could offend some people

I'm wondering as a fellow crohns sufferer how you are getting constipation as crohns is often more than 30 trips to the toilet a day many times just liquid or blood.
I have had internal and external hems since I was 12 so I know how you feel and my life always has and possibly always will revolve around the toilet. I got my 2 fissures 3 years ago. The months of continuous hours of spasms were the worst of my life. GTN helped somewhat
But please please consider the surgery I had Botox which was good as it gave me 3 months of pain relief. I then had LIS which although it was quite traumatic as I had a major flare ten days after the op. I'm nearly a year out and if I manage my crohns then I'm practically pain free
I kept my 4 external and 4 internal hems as my CRS didn't want to remove them and risk stenosis but they don't really bother me
Maybe find a CRS that specialised in IBD and see if they can help you
Good luck

to be simple i usually have one BM per day and it pretty much purges my digestive system

I havent had to go to the bathroom a large amount of times ever really in my life, if i did have to go more than 4 times its usually because i took too many laxitives. I use a bit more than a regular dose of miralax everyday to keep my stool a bit softer than it should be. If my stool is what a regular stool should be like it seems to cause more tearing or atleast more discomfort and pain. My whole life ive had chronic constipation maybe because of a lack of hydration or something but if i dont take miralax every day my stool will get incredibly hard incredibly quick, if you have ever seen a stool chart it would go back to the most constipated level of stool if i dont take miralax. before i took miralax i thought it was normal to only go to the bathroom maybe once a week or perhaps even longer i rarely ever had BMs. my hemorrhoids only bother me after i go to the bathroom, so when i do go i immediately take a hot bath and rub the external ones to normal which usually takes only a minute. then the internal ones may stay a bit longer because i cant rub them out comfortably or really at all so if i soak about 20 minutes im back to normal. after soaking in the tub the discomfort from the hemorrhoids are pretty much all gone after i get out the tub i apply whatever medication im trying to relax the area and hope that its healing the fissures. i apply cremes and things ive made atleast 3 times a day if not more sometimes like 7 times a day mostly experimentally. sorry to hear youre going back and forth to the bathroom that many times you may want to consider a stool hardener chronic diarrhea or lose movements can dry out your butt from the constant wet dry and wiping. if it drys out your skin that could have been what caused you skin to get weak enough to tear and give you a fissure. try using something hydrating on the area and get your stools harder perhaps more fiber or some medication. im not familiar with stool hardeners they would probably kill me. feel free to add anything to this post
