Website not secure

I get a warning message when I enter my username and password to log in to the website that my information is not secure. I don't know who's in charge of managing this site but I think it's very important to fix this issue soon.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy

Hi,

Thank you for noting this. This is weird are you using Chrome or Safari? I see they added some extra security checks in Chrome at least. Have to figure out what should be done.

Can you please post a picture if possible - how does this warning message looks like.

I was using Chrome but I've seen the same message on Firefox as well. I can't show you a screenshot because the message has disappeared with https. Thanks a lot for fixing it!
