I had the same sensation in the beginning before even knowing that fissures existed. Later I realized that it was my muscles spasming. This will start going away once the fissure starts healing. I started a strict diet with moderate fiber only from yams, potatos, avocados, asparagus, zucchini, carrots. And not too much either, because otherwise it will bulk up the stool too much. I can't eat grains, beans, rice, nuts, sugar, chocolate, dairy. I take magnesium citrate to soften the stool. Try taking valerian extract with tea. This will help relax your muscles. Good luck and try to relax your body as much as you can and be optimistic. If strict routine doesn't work you may want to consider botox.
