You should try bio flavonoids supplements. It really help with my hems. Try diosmin or rutin.

Rutin is great also colodial silver soaked on cotton wool leave on overnight ...and if your brave this works amazing I used to used it a couple of times in my teens, apple cider vinegar on soaked on cotton wool, please do not use that if you have a fissure though as it will hurt
