That is so cool you have traveled to Florida 4 times! We went down to Disney World last Summer-the kids are still too young for universal (which is where I would want to go!).

I have a 5 year old and a 10 year old and I live in South Carolina, USA. But it's my 5 year old who is full of attitude!

Oh, I wanted to mention that my period was like 2-3 days shorter this month too. Is this true good to be true? Bigger breasts, shorter periods, fewer cramps.....

you can either lower the dose you are on now or up it to help before the next period,
i am sticking with 1300mg this seems to be helping me, i shall lower the dose - half a capsule for 3 weeks then back up to 1300mg a week before :)

I take mine all month long. It seems to continually be effective. I take 3 1300mg pills, but I think I do a heavy dose.
I'm jealous of the increased bust size. It didn't have that efect for me :(
