I'm a dude so no deliver here besides pizza :) I had dilation done and that's when it turned out that i have a small defect. My fissure created a groove along my internal sphincter. it seems like its getting better every day but I know it will never be normal like it once was. I've been doing research and found a possible treatment if leakage gets worse later on. They are silicone injections in to that anus which keeps it from leaking.
