Had surgery three days ago

My advice is to eat fermented foods instead of probiotics. As far as I know from reading (I have no medical expertise), fermented foods contain much more bacteria than probiotics, both in terms of numbers but also strains.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry you had to type it out rather than link it. I was not familiar with pelvic floor therapy. It's fortunate that you found a CRS who specializes in that. I bet that is very rare. Maybe pelvic floor would help in my recovery. I see that it's mainly for women but that some men benefit from it as well. I hope it continues to help you.
