WTF I didn't know this would turn into this and or that I wasn't the only one experiencing this awful, painful, uncomfortable experience.
Maybe I have had this in the past and never realized it., but I do have a recollection of the day (i wanna think was my first) I sat on the toilet for close to an hour if not more - on my phone as I've always done. However, this time it was completely different I hadn't dropped anything but felt the urge to and kinda felt like it was long - silly me I decided to put the phone down and attend to my business- Little did I know I was opening pandora's box- my bootyhole felt as tho I just gave birth to 200lbs baby - couldn't walk so I literally laid on the floor.
what causes this someone help, anything to avoid? meat? bread? this happened spring 2022

Have you started using a laxative like Miralax or psyllium yet?

Millions have suffered with these rectal issues. Anything to avoid? If you've had this ongoing since spring you have a big problem and you need to see a doctor or colorectal surgeon to discuss treating it ASAP.
