Everything else gives me severe stomach cramps so looking to try Dulcoease next. Anybody got any experience with it?

Yes I use Dulcoease x 3 a day plus Lactulose at night as I tend to have a BM in the morning so I think the tummy gurgling goes on when I’m sleeping! Just had a third CR opinion and am trying dilation. It’s scary. I’m on day 7 2x per day for 10 mins but I really want to avoid surgery. Been suffering over a year.
Dulcoease is good altho I don’t find it softens enough on it’s own!

I thought I replied up this but I’m not sure it posted so forgive me if I reply twice! I find Dulcoease quite mild and no real tummy issues. However I need Lactulose at night in addition to Dulcoease to be sure I have a soft BM. I take Lactulose at night only to avoid tummy upsets in the day. I take 3x Dulcoease during the day at mealtimes. I’ve had an AF for a year but only recently correctly diagnosed and on my 3rd CRS! Currently trying dilation and GTN to avoid surgery. We will see! Generally very fed up with being in this state! This forum is so helpful
