Thanks for your kind words. I'm sorry to hear you're still dealing with your fissure. I'm glad it's better. It can take such a long time to heal. Have you done anything besides ointments?

I'm curious what kind of stomach issues you have? I've been dealing with a lot of gut issues myself. I've had a stubborn case of SIBO, probably for a long time. It's better now after I did an elemental diet for 3 weeks in the late spring. I still have a lot of bloating and I've always had IBS. I'm on a journey to improve my health in general.

I had a bad ecoli and shigella infection 2 years ago, ever since I'm not able to eat a regular diet.
I can't eat any seasonings of any kind, if I do I have horrible cases of diarrhea for days. It can be so bad I have accidents too. I'm pretty much on a low fod maps diet and that is the only way I can live a semi normal type of life and still go to work. My gastro suspects SIbo as well for me too. However I never did the SIbo test because insurance did not want to cover test. I believe it's a breath test. I heard SIbo is cured with antibiotics but that it can easily come back. Was that the case for you? I feel we have similar issues. I too have IBS d , mine is called post infectious ibs
