I have already been in one at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago, but, of course, it was from WWII, so I guess that doesn't count. I don't think I would go in a real one.

The St. Louis arch is a very high structure. Since it is curved, and the ride upwards keeps going and the switches angles. Kind of clausterphobic. Very high up at the top (obviously).
I believe in the after life and hopefully it will be one that is pain and problem-free.
