Yesterday was a good day, today - day 5 is a little slow moving but I cannot grumble :roll:
I think I have possibly overdosed on BRAN ! I forgot I ate some bran cakes for lunch then had more branflakes at supper time ….well formed is all I will say !

My ache got quite sore today must be something to do with the jab sites maybe, that and stupid bran !!

Having some time off the smokes made me realise it wasn’t all that bad !!

I smoked from a pack to a pack and a half a day. Thoroughly addicted and I loved them. I tried time and again, Nicotine gum is what has worked for me. Winston Lights, and they stunk!! It's amazing how they stink when you quit.
And how good you feel when you quit, not just mentally but physically.
I have been off them for years but I have gotten mad in the past and smoke one or two and then right back on the gum. It is a struggle and perhaps the hardest of all addictions to kick.
I believe in you, Tabby, and I know you will struggle like I do one day!

Well done you Kim !! Not an easy addiction to kick atall.....
I tried stopping a couple of years ago and turned into a mad woman.....Really, that put me off stopping again !!!
It was like i had road rage 24/7... Horrid feeling !! I lasted a week :roll:
I would like to think now i could maybe handle it a little better, when you have it in your mind to beat an addiction thats when you will succeed...
I am amazed on how quickly the toxins can clear from your body and lungs ! Its stats like that that tempt me to go for it !
One day i am sure of it !
