Would you rather snap up the perfect sweater and pants the minute they're available in the store, paying full price and pleased that you got them in time, or take a chance and wait a couple of months when they go on sale, knowing that the color(s) and size you want may no longer be available?

I would snap if they take my breath away - but it is not often the case LOL, so in most cases I "take a chance". You know what I do sometimes LOL, I take my "pick" and hide it on opposite racks and stash them "deep" under other stuff and believe or not I do find them later LOL, those people are not so eager to organize racks so often . It is especially confusing to them if you take the tag off and put so-so expensive item in the most expensive department where clientele seldom "snatches" stuff . Oh well, now I am busted

WYR buy Christmas presents waaaay ahead to save some money and time, or wait for Christmas season to start and "get into the groove"?

I usually start my Christmas shopping in october but not to save money, I just like to do everything early!

I wish I understood art periods, styles, history, cultural significance and backdrop. I wouldn't mind learning a few basics of painting.
